It was effortless working with Patti. From the start she took care of all the things that googles mentions and the ones that it does not. From the house photos, to open houses, managing offers ,dealings with the buyer, the attorneys, insights into showcasing the house, advising and assisting on fixing things that’d make a difference, she was on top of things and made it look effortless.
All in all, she was amazing and have nothing but gratitude in our hearts for hand holding us during such big change in our lives.

What an incredible experience selling your home is. Couldn’t be more satisfied to have Patti sell our home. Being part of a company relocation program in itself is not easy. But when you have someone like Patti, who we were fortunate enough to have by our side made it all the better. We had several candidates to choose from, and it was an easy decision to select Patti. Since the day she walked into our home, she was respectful, caring and understanding of our needs. She did not dance around by placating to us, or try to sell us as to why we should use her to sell home. She was honest in her assessment, knew the area well as she’s lived here for the longest, and most importantly, treated our home like her home.
